The RefWorks Group Code
Is Refworks asking you for the Group Code before allowing you to login, export references, or complete some other operation? Here's how to find it.
- On the RefWorks login page, click the link for "Forgot your password?"
- When prompted, type in the email address you associated with your RefWorks account.
- When Refworks emails you your account information, the Group Code will be included in that email.
