The Ernest Hemingway (1899–1961) Collection of approximately fifty volumes and sixty-six periodicals was given to Honnold in 1962 by H.W. Pittinger. First and limited editions and associated items are here, but Mr. Pittinger considered the greatest value of the collection to lie in its relatively obscure titles containing Hemingway articles or introductions, and in the journals which contain articles or stories by and about Hemingway from the early 1920s to the 1960s. Three issues of the Little Review, 1923–1929, join other magazine titles of the 1920s.
