Borrowing Privileges for Students, Faculty, & Staff of The Claremont Colleges
Your college ID card serves as your library card. The card must be presented when checking out library materials, renewing books, paying bills, etc. Please notify the Honnold/Mudd Services Desk (ext. 18150) if your card is lost or stolen. It is also your responsibility to notify the Libraries regarding any change of address so that notices will arrive in a timely manner. You may update address information online in your library account.

Privileges for current students, faculty, and staff include the ability to recall items from other users, check out bound periodicals overnight, borrow materials through Interlibrary Loan and/or LINK+, access Libraries resources remotely, and reserve study spaces.

Alumni/alumnae of The Claremont Colleges
Alumni/ae who make more than occasional use of the Libraries may apply for either an Entrance card or a Borrower card. Alumni/ae who visit the campuses infrequently may apply for a day pass at the Honnold/Mudd Library Information Desk on the day of their visit. Those alumni/ae with a unique set of circumstances or research needs requiring a longer period of access may contact the Director of Libraries or the manager of the collection to which access is needed to inquire about the possibility of special arrangements.
